Characteristics of the receptor phenotype of tumor-associated immune cells of the epithelial-mesenchymal microenvironment of ovarian cancer

Among all histological types, serous carcinomas account for up to 85%. Due pronounced heterogeneity (at the molecular and genetic level) chemoresistance, difficulties arise in finding active targets tumor elimination.
 Aim. To establish a link between population composition of tumor-associated immune cells microenvironment stage ovarian cancer.
 Materials methods. The analysis pathologic anatomical material 74 patients with cancer was carried out. Monoclonal antibodies were used determine antigens samples: CD3, CD4, CD8, CD11b, CD14 CD16.
 Results. obtained results immunohistochemical study showed that microenvironment, largest number cells, at stages (IIV) oncological process, are represented by macrophages (CD11b+, CD14+), CD3+ lymphocytes second place terms followed CD8+ CD4+ smallest CD16+ cells.
